A Duel Arranged was written specifically for Fish Publishing's Short Historical Fiction contest (in which it did not even place). It takes place in 1861 and is set in Napoleon's Winter Capital of Concepcion, Chile. I have plans for many more short stories, it is just a matter of finding the time to get to them.
